5 Stigmata is a side project of Manolis Varouhas (In Heaven). "Dead Dreams" is the one and only release so far, and this is the front cover for it.

The effort was to simulate the atmosphere of the album title and create a visual of the darkness following a gothic-oriented artistic approach.
